This coffee is a strictly high grown washed Bourbon variety coffee from the La Joya farms in the Apaneca – Ilamatepec sub-region of Santa Ana in El Salvador.
Wash process with Medium Roasted to create sweet, mild cherry, creamy, luscious milk chocolate flavor nuances makes this coffee a complete and satisfying cup.
Nice mellow brightness and a very sweet tropical fruit note at the start moving into a creamy milk chocolate body with a hint of mild cherry. Hints of berry and honey throughout.
