“Jet” is the name of the coffee washing station where this coffee was processed. It’s located in the Hama Kebele, a small town within the Southern Kochore District. It’s practically next door to the famed Yirga Cheffe growing region

The dry grounds have a familiar jasmine smell that’s perfumed and so fragrant, with clean honey-like sweetness and a plump dried fruit characteristic. Light roasts are much more delicate smelling than those beyond City+. Light roasts produce the strongest floral character and comes off like star jasmine, or lavender, a sweet flowery flavor and aroma, and a big part of what makes this coffee one to remember. chocolate flavor – a bittering coffee roast flavor kept well in balance by impressive sweetness
