Strong Hold is a specialty espresso blend crafted specifically for those who crave flavors that are bold yet balanced. Expertly blended from premium sourcing regions in India, Peru, and Vietnam, these coffee beans deliver a quintessential espresso experience with a sweet body and persistent crema.

100% pure Arabica varieties Catimor and Catuai are roasted using Bühler technology imported from Germany at our Vietnam roasting facility. The medium-dark roast (4/5 intensity) skillfully highlights complex aromatic layers:

• Flavor Profile: Sweet aromatic caramel, rich brown sugar, smooth chocolate
• Body: Sweet, mild bitterness, clean finish
• Best For: Straight espresso shots, latte, cappuccino

For optimal extraction, grind the beans finely (approximately 10g), tamp gently with a tamper, and brew using an espresso machine at 9 bar pressure. The ideal extraction time is 20-25 seconds for 30ml, producing a velvety espresso with a golden crema layer.

Packaged in a 500g zip-lock bag with a specialized one-way valve (total weight 523g, dimensions 26x13x8.4cm), preserving fresh aroma for 45 days from the roast date. Whole beans help retain full flavor integrity for every brew.
