The Blagu Story
Blagu Coffee was born from a love for Vietnamese coffee — not the industrial kind, but specialty coffee grown at over 1,500m altitude in Cau Dat, Lam Dong.
We believe Vietnam can produce cups that rival Ethiopia or Colombia. That journey starts with selecting every bean, roasting by hand daily, and serving with dedication.

Origin & Process
Blagu coffee comes from family farms in Lam Dong, where cool climate and basalt soil create ideal conditions for Arabica. We work directly with farmers, ensuring fair prices and consistent bean quality.
Our processing combines traditional methods (honey, natural, washed) with modern roasting techniques. Every batch is precisely temperature-controlled to preserve the distinctive flavors of each region.
