Arabica Cầu Đất is an icon of Vietnamese specialty coffee, carrying within it the essence of the Lâm Đồng highlands. Blagu Coffee is proud to introduce our line of pure roasted beans, carefully selected from the legendary Cầu Đất region—renowned as the Arabica capital of Vietnam.

Located 25km southeast of downtown Đà Lạt, Cầu Đất sits at an elevation of 1,250–1,650m above sea level. Its stable temperate climate (ranging from -5°C to 33°C) combined with fertile basaltic soil creates an ideal environment for slow-growing coffee plants, allowing them to accumulate sugars and develop complex aromatics.

These coffee beans blend Arabica and Catimor varieties, hand-harvested from October to April and processed using the washed process to preserve their pristine natural character. Using Giesen roasting technology imported from the Netherlands, we roast to a medium level (medium roast)—sufficient to highlight bright acidity and distinctive flavors without sacrificing subtlety.
