[Premium] BLAGU Roasted Bean Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Konga - 250g
[Premium] BLAGU Roasted Bean Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Konga represents the pinnacle of Ethiopia's highland terroir – the legendary birthplace of Arabica coffee. Harvested from Konga village in the renowned Yirgacheffe region at elevations of 1,900–2,300 meters above sea level, native Heirloom beans mature slowly under distinctive sunshine and cooling mists, accumulating uniquely complex aromatics and flavor nuances.
Processed using the traditional washed method, Konga beans preserve the pure essence of Gedeo soil. Blagu Coffee roasts these on Giesen equipment imported from the Netherlands to a light-medium roast level, maximally honoring the beans' intrinsic character.
