Processed using traditional washed methods, Kenya AA Plus presents distinctive cupping notes of fresh lime, ripe grapefruit, and juicy plum — creating a bright, articulate acidity that remains perfectly balanced, followed by a clean, sweet finish reminiscent of ripe red fruits and cranberry. The Medium-Light roast level is meticulously calibrated by Blagu's roast masters on imported Dutch Giesen roasting equipment, preserving the full terroir expression of Kenya.

Brewing Recommendations: Best enjoyed via Pour-over (V60, Chemex) or Aeropress at a ratio of 1:15–1:16 to highlight clarity and complex aromatics. Recommended water temperature 90–93°C with an extraction time of 2:30–3:00 minutes.
