BLAGU Roasted Bean Ethiopia Sidamo G4 - 250g
BLAGU Ethiopia Sidamo G4 delivers an authentic specialty coffee experience from the cradle of coffee – Ethiopia. Sourced from indigenous Heirloom coffee gardens in the Sidamo region at altitudes of 1,500–2,200 meters above sea level, these beans embody the essence of basaltic red soil and cool highland climate, creating a complex and refined flavor foundation.
Using traditional Natural processing, the coffee retains its full tropical fruit characteristics. The Light-Medium roast is meticulously calibrated by Blagu on imported Bühler equipment from Germany, maximizing terroir expression while preserving the bright, natural acidity characteristic of Ethiopian Arabica.
Distinctive Flavor Profile:
- Aroma: Delicate bergamot and Earl Grey, elegant as afternoon tea
- Primary Notes: Dried mangosteen – gently sweet with an intensely aromatic character
- Finish: Mildly bitter cacao nibs, lingering smoothly with a clean aftertaste
- Acidity: Bright citrus, harmoniously balanced with a honeyed body
Best suited for pour-over methods (V60, Chemex) or filter coffee to highlight the complex aromatic layers and cup clarity. Each 250g package is sealed in a zip-lock bag with a one-way valve, ensuring optimal freshness for 45 days from roast date under the supervision of Q Grader certified experts.
