BLAGU Roasted Bean Robusta Honey - 250g
Blagu Robusta Honey delivers a bold, distinctive coffee experience from the basaltic soils of Gia Lai in Vietnam's Central Highlands. Using the Honey (semi-washed) process, the beans retain their natural sugary mucilage, creating a delicately sweet aftertaste that harmonizes beautifully with the intense bitterness of dark chocolate.
Grown at elevations of 600–800 masl and harvested from October to April, these Robusta beans feature high caffeine content (3–4%) and a full, robust structure. The Medium-Dark roast level highlights flavor notes of Strong – Bitter – Chocolate – Sweet, delivering a smooth Full Body mouthfeel with moderate acidity.

Packaged as 250g whole beans in zip-lock bags with one-way valves to preserve freshness and aroma for 45 days. Small-batch roasted on imported Bühler equipment from Germany, quality-controlled by certified Q Graders, and certified ISO 9000 and HACCP.
