Blagu Roasted Ethiopia Gedeb - 250g

Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee, and Gedeb is the hidden gem within the renowned Yirgacheffe region. At elevations of 2,050–2,100m above sea level, ancient Heirloom coffee trees here produce Micro Lot beans that are hand-harvested from October through January, carrying distinctive flavors found nowhere else.

Blagu Coffee roasts this coffee Light-Medium to fully honor the essence of this terroir. The cup opens with elegant jasmine florals, followed by gentle acidity of ripe peach and tropical fruits. A candy-sweet finish intertwines with rich chocolate, creating a balanced, clean body characteristic of the traditional washed process.

Beans are roasted in Vietnam using Bühler technology imported from Germany, under the quality control of a Q Grader expert. Each 250g package is sealed in a zip bag with a one-way valve, guaranteed fresh for 45 days from the roast date.

Brewing suggestions: With this light-medium roast profile, these beans excel with pour over methods (V60, Chemex) or AeroPress to highlight the complex aromatic layers and bright, distinct fruit notes.
