Blagu Cascara Tea – a unique beverage crafted from the dried skins of ripe Arabica coffee cherries, harvested from the Cầu Đất Plateau, Đà Lạt. "Cascara" means "husk" in Spanish, offering a refined experience that blurs the line between coffee and herbal tea, with aromas of dried fruits and a natural honey sweetness.

Made from Typical, Bourbon, Caturra varietals grown at elevations of 1,200–1,650 meters, where the cool highland climate slows the ripening process, allowing natural sugars to accumulate abundantly in the fruit pulp. After the beans are removed, the coffee skins are naturally sun-dried, preserving delicate floral aromatics and the characteristic light tartness of cherries and tropical fruits.
