Details of the return/exchange policy

1. Exchange for a new product

Blagucoffee.com only exchanges products in cases where the product has a defect that did not arise from the customer, specifically including the following cases:

  • Technical defects of the product
  • Goods are broken before reaching the customer, wrong product delivered

2. Return of product - refund

2.1. Return due to customer's demand

In the case of customers returning products for personal reasons, the conditions for return and refund are as follows:

  • The product still has the manufacturer's labels, tags, or seals.
  • The product still has all the accessories and promotional gifts.
  • If it is an electronic product, household appliance, or electronic accessory, it has not been activated, no data has been recorded on the device, and it has not been used.
  • The product is not in the restricted Return/Exchange category.
2.2. Return due to product defects not caused by the customer:

Blagucoffee.com will replace 100% if the product is externally damaged in the event that you report it within 48 hours from the time of successful receipt.

If there is a joint inspection report between the carrier and the customer, Blagucoffee.com will not support sending a replacement product under any conditions.

In the case where the product only has external damage, Blagucoffee.com will reject any requests for product returns if you report the defect after 48 hours.
