Domestic delivery
Delivery within Ho Chi Minh City
Blagu.com's delivery staff will deliver to the customer's address within Ho Chi Minh City in 1-2 working days from the date the order is received.
In case the customer requires delivery within 24 hours, the delivery fee will be negotiated between the two parties.
Delivery by post
Currently, the cooperating unit is Viettel Post Vietnam - website: viettelpost.com.vn to operate and provide the delivery cost immediately.
Customers can check the delivery route, shipping cost, and delivery time directly on the partner's website using the order number.
Goods are sent by post. With this method, customers will receive the items within 2 to 3 days, depending on the region and the chosen shipping package.
Freight forwarding for provincial and city areas with freight forwarding companies/specialized transport:
- Phuong Trang Freight Forwarding for all provinces and cities nationwide, with Phuong Trang bus stations.
- Thanh Buoi Freight Forwarding for Lam Dong and Can Tho provinces.
- Hanh Cafe Freight Forwarding for provinces and cities with Hanh Cafe bus stations.

The transportation cost is negotiated between the two parties.
International Delivery
DHL, UPS, and SF Express express delivery can deliver directly to the customer globally.
Goods are transported quickly through DHL, UPS, SF Express providers. With this method, customers will receive the goods at their doorstep within 5 to 10 days.

According to international cargo protocols, we need to provide prior notice to Vietnamese customs and notify the international customer.
We will need the customer to provide some personal information such as:
- Full international name
- Phone number with country code of recipient
- Email for cargo notification
- Specific and accurate address
- Postal code
- Recipient's passport number.
We will inform the transportation fee to the customer and receive payment in advance or upon delivery.
For customers in Indochina countries: Laos, Cambodia: We deliver by freight forwarding companies: Minh Vu (to Laos), Mekong Express, Sapaco, Phuong Heng (to Cambodia).
We have the best preferential freight rates from SF. Express for customers in the following countries: Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Cambodia, Myanmar, India, Australia, United States, Mexico, Canada, Mongolia.
For other countries in the world, we use preferential policies from UPS and DHL to get the best freight rates.

We apply the freight rates of DHL and UPS with the most recent contracts.
